Puertolago Country Inn & Resort exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious with a cozy fireplace and a comfortable bed, offering stunning lake views. The regional restaurant served outstanding dishes, catering to both local and international tastes. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for our group. We enjoyed the sun terrace, the on-site restaurant, and even indulged in some billiards. The property's beautiful gardens and proximity to Cotacachi city added to the overall charm. It was a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend Puertolago Country Inn & Resort to anyone seeking a unique and enriching experience in Otavalo. We are already planning our return trip next year.
